Product Description
QSK840 feeds the cardboards automatically by air- aspiration device.
It consists of hot / cold cover gluing, automatic water adding, cover vacuum suctioning, soft light reflecting, center positioning, cover corner cutting, cardboards thickness quick adjusting and reciprocating automatic edge fold system. Glue part can use both animal glue (hot) and cold glue.
One unskilled worker can operate the machine.
It is suitable for multi-species, short to medium run and wide range of materials to make hard covers for hard cover books, albums, notebooks and photobooks etc., includes small and thin books and extra thick books.
It is not only suitable for the common hard cover papers, but also suitable for leather, library buckram and other materials.
Linear guide and electromagnetism air-aspiration device controls the picking and feeding of cardboards.
Glue rollers are made of copper alloy which ensure the glue well distributed.
Animal glue is melt by water tray, and the glue speed can be adjusted.
Adding the water automatically and the water quantity can be adjusted.
Self-adaption peeling pieces strip the glued cover papers from the roller without adjusting.
Vacuum table provide big suction that ensures the cover paper not easy to move.
Soft light box for accurate registration of glued covers by specular reflection.
Quickly change and add spine guides to make multiple hard cover products.
Lift and lower the top folding rollers by Plug-in type device to adjust the gap for different thickness of cardboards.
Paper guides go up and down is controlled by pneumatic foot valve.
High speed optical fiber detection control the length and position of the paper feeding accurately,
reciprocating automatic edge fold system fold and press two edges automatically at a time.
The depth of paper feeding is controlled by the adjusting knob.
Easy and fast to clean the fold rollers by the roller lifting safety device.
The corner cutter can cut four standard corners on different thickness of cardboard without adjustment.
It can produce butterfly-fold binding books and calendar stands with simple accessories.
Split type model can enter elevator and office door.
Equipped with high load casters, it is convenient for level adjusting, fixing and moving the machine.
